S and A Construction is a Family Business which is proud and dedicated to all aspects of building services and improving both residential and commercial properties. Based in Burnham on Sea covering the surrounding areas the principal owner is a master builder with 35+ years of experience, we use only fully qualified skilled and experienced resources covering every aspect of construction, be that electricians and plumbers ready to provide your project with whatever craftsmen services required to cover general updates, renovations, complete new build, extensions and or stand alone buildings, attic and garage conversions, drive ways, walls.

At S and A Construction we will be with you at every step of the project from your basic idea through to recommending architects and always with full compliance with any and all building regulations and helping clients realise their dream with costs and budgets always at the forefront with the aimed at being exceptional value.

Brick and Block Work

Working closely with our building inspector and our clients, plans are followed to the letter to be sure that measurements are accurate and planning is adhered to. However, if planning permission is not needed through permitted development, we are here to advise on how to make your projects a reality.
